I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. They should infact change their name to 360 LALA cloud technologies. Such a big company with literally not a single SOP. The company doesn't have a work culture and operates like a jungle raj setup. Literally, there is no sensible leadership member after the CEO.
