Paid training of 4/5 hours a day. Office interiors. After hitting the floor 3/3.5 hours of break Good coffee, it's required in night shift.

Dislikes

Not even the half salary was paid in 1 month, suddenly termination at 10:30 PM in the night with any kind of false allegations like, "you can't speak in english", "you have abused the customer on call". Thanks to my mother, she requested sumone may be for that reason I got the the amount, which was not even half. I don't know I should say this or not, it's a small initiative by the directors, I don't think that much work pressure is there that I have to consume alcohol or other things which was taken by others. This is a website process, if I am not a closer, just a caller, lead generator, it's a easy job. Later on company will decide whether I should get a salary hike or not but only blaming me or trying to terminate serious employees is not the solution, if they are trying to do so, later on any experienced candidate will try to avoid "3 rare Dynamics Pvt Ltd", because I think everyone is looking for a job according to their capabilities and money....Read More
