They didn't pay my government mandated taxes (philhealth and pagibig). I coordinated with them and they told me that it will be refunded but up until now, there is no update.

Nothing good to talk, I used to meet my metrics and took salary, nothing much was expected from them
Dislikes
Though I worked for 10 years, there was no growth and salary hike. Favourable people will be given designation in the name of best formers, lot of internal politics. Lost job in pandemic lock down of the country, as requirement

I worked for 18 months. 24/7 showed me that jobs are not easy. Be the best to survive. I received a lot of knowledge about call centers here. I was on my toes to climb ladders. Unfortunately, I had quit as my mom got paralyzed.

No such bad experience.

I worked for a chat process and it was challenging. You need to be the best in order to survive. You will get all the support required from your reporting managers.
