There are a few little things to like here.
1. If you are a fresher this can be a stepping stone. Just take the experience and switch.
2. Cab, work from home town, insurance...
3. ***Nothing more that is better in this company****
Dislikes
There are a lot.....
1. They always hire, if you see they will be hiring all the time with low packages and employees won't be there for long in the organisation.
2. Your job is dependent on their clients requirement.
Ex: if the client say we need more workforce for next 2months because there will be huge traffic on their site, youwill be hired and will obviously lose the job once the requirement is over. They won't even let you know about this all they say your performance isn't quite good so you need to leave the organisation.
3. No worklife balance at all.....
You need to login at 12:30am midnight and logout at 9:30 am and when you get used to these shift timings they will suddenly change your shift timings. Your health is at stake....Read More
