The company environment is great. I've worked here on 3 months contract. I'm fully satisfied with the training and help from trainer to TL and SMEs, Managers. All are supportive and encouraging. I would love to work again here if they offer me any permanent position. After contract ended, i badly miss this company each and every day.

Dislikes

Here lift facility and cab facility is not good. Company should look into it. And need to reduce canteen food price. As all are getting less salary here compare to other similar companies

The recruitment process is a bit slow but training times are awesome, once you start doing the actual job, you'll be able to learn a lot about the product you're working in and also about the corporate culture if you're new to the corporate environment. The incentives and weekly offs are fine if you're a fresher and the office and campus environment are also a good experience.

There are no leaves you can take when you actually need it, Even if you work for years, you'll still have a pile load of leave balance,this is a permanent rotational shift job and it is not in your hand that which shift you'll be put in. The sort of pressure that is induced on you from the QRA team is tremendous, one can't always betoo careful as the policy threatens the career itself, The hierarchy above you has way too much authority over you. Micromanagement in terms of login hours, even if you give your proper login hours or a few short, they expect you to extend big time.
