6. Assisting in Recruitment Drives
7. Handling Documentation and Onboarding
8. Engaging with Candidates
9. Reporting and Coordination
Skills Required:
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Understanding of recruitment processes and BPO job roles
✅ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
✅ Networking skills to build relationships with colleges and candidates
✅ Proficiency in MS Office, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and data management
