The company environment is great. I've worked here on 3 months contract. I'm fully satisfied with the training and help from trainer to TL and SMEs, Managers. All are supportive and encouraging. I would love to work again here if they offer me any permanent position. After contract ended, i badly miss this company each and every day.

...is not good. Company should look into it. And need to reduce canteen food price. As all are getting less salary here compare to other similar companies

As per Indian law night shift workers should be paid additional benefits. 247 claims that the salary they provide is inclusive of these benefits but still it was only 13,500, how is this even possible, even a security guard earns more than this, some of my colleagues were verbally abused if they raised their voice against manager's and TL's toxic attitude. During covid they made us work 6 days a week without break with a reason that they had provided 2 weeks leave when the whole world shit down and those days need to be compensated by working an additional day every week. Employees were exhausted still they were exploited because they needed the experience letter for their future endeavours

It's my 1st company. I have experienced about the work and company culture. Got an chance to work with US based process. Overall it was good. But, salary is too less.

The work culture at 24/7.ai is excellent. 24/7.ai is best for the candidates who have completed their 12+(Intermediate or Diploma). Good atmosphere at company.
