We are taking more responsibility in our daily duty. Because recently TATA joined with 1MG . We hope that we can join TATA 1MG on role very soon.So we can get some scale hike ,causal leave and enjoy the duty much more and work- life balance properly.

Dislikes

Off role employee not getting same scale and causal leave .Even off role and on role employee both are taking same work load.Under the one roof tow different policy.
