Poor management at upper level. Team leads can’t do what their name suggests ie lead the team. Managers will overcommit and force you to work overtime then fire you over performance issues.

Micromanagement Politics within the team Seniors are discouraging and just want you to follow their orders blindly. They are even disrespectful towards their fellow senior team members. if you don't let seniors and upper management treat you like a puppet, they take it personally and start to treat you differently than others. Theygive wrong bad feedback about you without any explanation. This company is not good for women. Would not recommend you to join here. Once you join, you can never reach any HR about anything. No one replies to any texts, calls or emails even when it's about important things like salary deductions. There's no one to reach out.
