Job Security as they hire on the lowest payscale and wont provide any scope of growth for you, as their hierarchy is so lengthy it will take decades for you to be a process manager or business head

Everything They dont have proper management, proper workforce, poor payscale, no scope of growth or development, they dont have IJP's overall for freshers this is the worst company ever to work for and for exp this is also not a good place unless and until your a AVP or GM or Business Head.
