mentors and seniors are really well , they guide you and provide sufficient time to learn new skills.

too much politics happen there , if you are not working under good manager, your work life balance won't be good.

Toxic culture, poor management, unnecessary pressure were not enough that they now do layoffs and terminations in cold blood with no regrets. To anyone reading this - please do not join here, not worth it. Glad to have left from here.

I recently went through a challenging time after a terrible accident, yet I remained commited to my work and continued to perform my duties diligently, even while working remotely from home. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
