Employee Policies, medical benefits, the brand name of Tata.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

No work life balance, expected to be available on weekends and beyond working hours on weekdays. In some departments, process exists but never executed. Oldest employees in the organisation aren't willing to evolve and prefer remaining in their comfort zone. Employee listening 👎. They ask employees to fill surveys for improvisation but do not take any steps to implement it.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
