Kyndryl mostly engages in the overall development of business with the parallel growth for employee and I think that contributes more to the job security tag. It turned out to be a competing company in aver short span.

Dislikes

...ent, needs to come up with engaging more between the managers and the reportees. Plus the employees reward programs and salary revisions should include company profit shares as well which is NOT the case at the moment. And NO festival benefits as well which kind of takes a grater chunk off from job satisfaction.

Before 2019 I felt everything ok. But, in recent times nothing to share which felt ok except If you are working you will get Salary on time.

Bench period seems to be dangerous. If somebody is on bench then start Looking for job in another Company. Please don't trust you will get project once released. May be its a challanging time for tech m.

Ample of learning opportunities if you are willing to take it. Good work life balance in general. Good culture. Leadership if open to hearing employees issues and support them as possible.
