The impact of poor leadership is massive. Here’s what sets good and bad bosses apart: -Good bosses: - Give clear direction and trust their team. - Listen to feedback and act on it. - Support employee growth and development. - Recognise effort and celebrate wins. - Create a positive and productive environment. Bad bosses: - Micromanage and cause confusion. - Ignore feedback until it's too late. - Take credit for others’ work. - Pass blame when things go wrong. - Drain motivation and create unnecessary stress. Good leadership builds teams up, while bad leadership breaks them down.

What do you think how can we persuade bad bosses with our thoughts?
By agreeing with them
By giving 1 on 1 feedback
Ignore completely

Yar, I feel Instead of directly criticizing their behavior, emphasize how their actions have led to negative consequences. This might make them more receptive to change.

If my boss's behaviour is negatively impacting team performance, I will collect data to support my claims against him

People with poor leadership qualities will never entertain your feedbacks. They have a rigid opinion and kitna bhi try krlo you will end up wasting your time and energy 😓

I did come across one a$$ hole VP, who believes in micro management, not sharing knowledge, not creating opportunities in different regions, doing Feverish, is the best way to keep himself in safe mode. Companies should progress based on ethical business, employee friendly policies, customer focused approach, technology driven. Not based on individual interest. Executive management should kick out these kinds of VP, Manager's to keep the atmosphere healthy.
