VOIS Working

Working in VOIS is OK. I am working in here since 2 years and i can see that lots of partiality and favouritism here. We have hybrid working model where we have to attend office 8 days in a month or twice in a week. But they have now came with the foolish,illogical and irritating rule that We need to do work from home from the office location only, Doesnt matter in what condition you are or your family. It doesnt make sense that u r doing work from home but in the same city of office. Also this rule is changed for different different process and also flexible for the favorite peoples. Also yearly increment is also based on the managers favourite list and not on your work. Overall working in VOIS is OK but their foolish and pathetic rules made by some idiots and favouritism here sucks.
