Unhappy with organization policy increments Manager give me poor rating because I didn't fill goals sheet fully

My review given by my manager was more crazy. He mentioned something like this : " is great at work, completing tasks on or before time, great connect with clients. But, I need to work on the connect with my managers to give updates on a regular basis.". The fun part is, I was constantly trying to get a hold of my managers regularly for a connect, but they'll either reschedule the meeting or not care to join at all. And he had the audacity to give this in the review. 😒

Pretty standard. Learn from the experience and do better next time.
