Time to change

I have been working at the company for the past nine years. Now I'm thinking to change as I promoted to maximum that I can have. Started from sales executive(off role) and now Area Sales Manager. But feeling Fear inside me thinking about the new company and it's surroundings. HereI enjoys work life balance like saturday off, credit card, claims and good colleagues. What to do?? Can anyone guide me
