I sent the essential documents that HR asked for after clearing all rounds of interviews. It's been a week since then and I haven't received any response, despite sending a follow-up email.

I just ghosted. So much is expected from candidates - well-behaved, well-spoken, respectful, full of knowledge, highly motivated, shall stand out - but in return, candidates do not even get proper communication for their application.

They have rejected me that's okay, but why? After completing all rounds, after sending all the documents what suddenly happened?

I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Confused about Salary negotiations

Teamware Solution: (Client: BNP Paribas) : 15 LPA
Wipro: 16.5 LPA

I am working as a front-end developer for 4.5years in a same company. So I think this is the right time to switch my job.

I attended F2F interview yesterday(21-01-25) at TCD, I completed two rounds of interview and wait for a while, they say you may leave now you got a call from us soon.

Is they call me either I cleared the interview or not cleared it, or they call only I cleared the interview?

Can I wait for the call or focus on other interview?

Okay, here’s my confession... 🙈

A few years ago, I needed approval for a reimbursement bill, but I was in a rush and knew my boss wouldn’t be around for a few days. So, I took matters into my own hands and signed my boss’s name on the approval form. 😬

Honestly, at the time, I thought it was no big deal – the paperwork got approved, I got my reimbursement, and it was all smooth sailing. But now, looking back, I realize how immature and risky that was! 🤦‍♂️

I didn’t get caught, but it was a total “what was I thinking?” moment. Anyone else ever pulled off something like this in their career... and got away with it? Or am I the only one who still cringes at this? 😅
