Should you "butter up" a potential boss to land a job?
A job seeker was advised by a senior to flatter a potential boss to increase their chances in final round of interview and being hired.
Is this a good strategy?
Does flattery always work in professional settings?

I would suggest not. Being inside is different from being outside. The potential boss would immediately catch it and it can go both ways.

Toxic Work Environment
Hi Everyone.I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
