Should i look for a job switch ?
I have been working with an MNC for 7 years (total exp: 11 years)have had the following perks:
2 prmotion and another one due in 18 months as technical lead.
US visit for 2 weeks and have a visa valid till 2034
Respect and recognition amongst onshore and local colleagues. The incement now has been lower with 15% last year along with promotion.
I’m contemplating a job change and wanted to check if this would be a good decision l. I dont have much of skills other than my current work that is related to pension processing

Yaar, If your current salary and increments are not meeting your financial goals, it might be worth exploring new opportunities.

I feel a 15% increment is decent, but if it’s lower than your expectations, it might signal stagnation in terms of salary growth

Like you said you don't have any additional skills apart from your current work , I'd suggest for an upskill where you can leverage new skills and target a specific domain or an industry as there is no point looking out for job change when you don't have any specif... see more
