Should i look for a job switch ?

I feel a 15% increment is decent, but if it’s lower than your expectations, it might signal stagnation in terms of salary growth

I mean yo are already doing a dream job :o Why the hell you want to switch at this time of your career. Stick to the same place and create your own aura within the company any specific reason for switching ? Like what is bothering you

Like you said you don't have any additional skills apart from your current work , I'd suggest for an upskill where you can leverage new skills and target a specific domain or an industry as there is no point looking out for job change when you don't have any specifics in mind. Also explore opportunities within your current organisation if that is there. As you have presented that you have got 2 promotions in 7 yrs and another due in 18 months looks like you are well recognised there and they look up to you as value addition so you can leverage it but if you are really looking for job change then you should have certain checks which are Role , Domain and Industry along with short term and long term vision in mind.
