Should All Companies Follow Meesho's Lead?🤔
After a successful sale, the Meesho 9-day "rest and recharge" policy for employees is a game-changer! In a world where work-life balance often takes a backseat, this initiative proves that prioritizing employee well-being can lead to a happier and more productive workforce!
What do you think about this policy? Should all companies follow Meesho's example?

It depends upon lots of factors. One size doesn't fit well.
Lot of company do give such employee friendly benefits in different manner what works best for them.
Taking a specific example and asking whether everyone follow the suit will become a good debate topic.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?
I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
The ever leading topic of notice period
I am working currently as a team lead for hcl and since idiotically I didn't switch any companies from start 2019 till now, I have a measly ctc of 4.3 lpa.I got an offer accepting 8lpa , but they are demanding to join in 15 days. And hcltech, being the company it is, is having 90 days notice period, negotiable to 60 days only.Initial negotiation with my current manager and the new company hr didn't go over that well, I am in a bind now.Any suggestions?
