Sanjeev Bikhchandani founder of Info Edge emphasized that in India, you will have to put in the hours if you want to succeed. "You can't push off at 5 pm and say 'ab ho gaya' [now I am done]. 🤷‍♀️ You can't say 'Saturday, Sunday main kaam nahi karta' [I don't work on weekends].😅 Do you agree with his statement? Work on weekends. But if and only if it is your company, or you at least have a considerable amount of equity in it. Otherwise go exactly as per your employment contract / HR policy.
