Preparing for switch after 7 YOE in TCS not know what Skill to study?

Advice Needed, Hi, I have 7 years of experience in TCS. This is the first and only company. Initially, I worked on PLSQL for 2 years. Pretty basic stuff. Since then I'm working on Thunderhead. It's an Insurance client. I studied python left midway. Then, I studied javascript left midway. Then I thought Java has more job openings. Although, I have an option to work on Java in my company. I'm totally confused as to which path should I take for job switch. Why I didn't switch earlier as I was preparing for CDS didn't get selected. It was plan B. But now this is the only plan I have. Your suggestion would be really helpful.

Have you sought advice from mentors or peers within TCS who have made similar transitions? It might help you understand what skills they found useful during their job switch.

Based on your experience, I would recommend enhancing your full-stack development or cloud computing skills (AWS, GCP, Azure). These areas have solid job opportunities and can open doors for many tech roles.

You mentioned preparing for CDS and that it was a Plan B. If you’re still passionate about that, it might help to incorporate some of those strategic thinking or leadership skills into your job search. How do you feel about revisiting your original goals?

Have you considered whether you'd prefer to stay in the same domain (Insurance) or switch to a different domain (e.g., FinTech, HealthTech)? Depending on that, the skillset required might vary
