POSH Compliance
Did your organization file the Annual POSH Compliance Return, as mandated under the POSH Act, 2013.
As per the provisions of the Act, every organization is obligated to submit an annual report to the District Officer.
Key Details:
Due Date: 31st January (for every calendar year)
Requirements:
Details of the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) functioning.
Number of cases filed, if any, and their resolution status.
Awareness initiatives conducted during the year.
Please note that non-compliance with the filing of the annual POSH report may attract a penalty of up to ₹50,000, as per the POSH Act.
