Hello all, I have 2 years of experience and it's for both voice and non voice process. I recently left a company where my package was 4.5lpa And joined ADP where my package is 5.8lpa. First thing first, I was hired on a contract basis for 6 months. Then there is no food facility, the cab takes more than an hour to arrive and we just wait for it, at times my shift ends at 2:30am and I will be still in the office waiting for the cab till 5:30am in the morning. After completing one month now they are saying that whatever leaves I took in the first month the amount for it will be deducted from my upcoming salary which is more than 12k, they did not inform us prior to that, that we are supposed to take only one leave in a month and that rest will be unpaid leaves. There is no sick leave, since I am in contact there is no insurance. I want to change company, but I am getting the maximum package as 4.8-5lpa. I want to ask what you guys do in such a situation? Please share your thoughts.

It would help if you left ADP immediately. The current work environment is simply intolerable. The long commute times, lack of basic amenities, and excessive leave deductions create a toxic atmosphere that is detrimental to both physical and mental health.

As you're in 6months contract, check if you want to serve any notice period or pay compensation if you leave before 6months, If its "No" for both the questions check for vacancies with immediate joining requirement, and quite right away.

Notice period negotiation
I resigned from my current company a couple of days ago. I have a 90 day notice period.
