Currently working as technology leadWith 9 years experience. Current ctc is 14.6 with variable. Got an offer in tcs with 21LPA including variable pay of 3.7LPAIs This offer is comes under market standard.Is it good offer to grab or search for better offer. I feel This 3.7 is literally more variable then other companies. Please give some suggestions.

I got offer from Accenture indore as associate manager for incident Management service with 20 Ipa fixed components. Another offer from alliancebernstein pune as operation Lead for IAM operation with 25 LPA My hometown is Shivpuri (M.P.)Please advise what to choose.Should I negotiate more with AllianceBernstein for more salary?
