With your background and AWS knowledge, you could explore positions like PMO (Project Management Office) in product or tech firms.

Consider transitioning into Operations Management or Supply Chain roles since your compliance experience would be highly valued there, especially with SAP knowledge.

Great to see you taking proactive steps with AWS DevOps and SAP MM...How about looking into IT Project Manager or Product Compliance Manager roles?

[a management consultant](username) consider roles like IT Project Manager, Product Compliance Manager, or AWS DevOps Engineer. Your project management skills are valuable, so focus on gaining PMP or Agile certifications for IT Project Management or more hands-on AWS certifications for DevOps. Networking and applying for relevant roles can help you transition smoothly.

You’re already gaining experience in project management that’s a great foundation...With your SAP MM and DevOps knowledge, transitioning into Product Owner or Scrum Master roles in IT projects could work well

I trained my manager and now she no longer needs me.
I’ve been working at a small startup for the past 3 years, with just 3 other employees and my boss. I sit right in front of her, and over time, we became close, almost like siblings. I automated a lot of my tasks, so my work became pretty straightforward...I just input some variables here and there, and I’m done. Over the last year, my boss started asking me how I did all of that, and she wanted to learn it herself. Since we were so friendly, I didn’t think much of it and happily taught her everything I knew. This morning, she sat me down and told me that to cut costs, she needed to let me go and take over my role. She asked if I’d be willing to do a once a year consulting gig to check her work. I didn’t really know how to respond. She said it kindly, so I stayed calm and matched her tone, but now I feel like I’ve made a mistake, and I’m left without a job.

I am currently holding 9 years of IT experience in QA Automation and Testing. I have experience in testing and developing automation frameworks for API and UI. Also, I have experience in performance testing using JMeter. In my current organization I am getting 21 LPA with 2.5 years completed. What should be the market price or what is the maximum CTC I can expect if I switch now??
