Laid off

What is generally the amount given to you at the time of lay-off/firing from Amdocs? I have heard that a 6 month pay and ex-gratia amount are also included.

Yar, It's difficult to provide a correct amount because Severance packages vary depending on factors like your position, length of service, and company policies. It's best to consult with your HR department or a legal professional for accurate information regarding Amdocs' severance policies. They can provide you with the most up-to-date details about what you might be entitled to receive.

It's common for companies to offer severance pay and ex-gratia payments to laid-off employees, the specific amounts can vary widely. It's important to review your employment contract and any relevant company policies to determine what you may be entitled to.

The amount you'd receive upon layoff from Amdocs can vary, but it typically includes a severance package that may consist of multiple components like several months' worth of salary and an ex-gratia payment.

I don't have much idea but it's best to check with your HR department for more specific details.
