The founder of Snapdeal ,a major Indian e-commerce platform, recently sparked a discussion with his statement that the focus should be on getting your point across, even if you don't know English, a widely used language in business. But is proficiency in English really not essential for success?🤔

He emphasizes the importance of clear communication, regardless of the language used. He believes that as long as you can effectively convey your ideas, the specific language might not be a barrier.

I think what he was trying to signify is language shouldn't be the barrier of talent

I agree with him, language shouldn't be the bridge between talent.

Absolutely! English may be widely used in business, but success is not limited to language proficiency. It's about skills, determination, and innovation. Embrace your strengths and excel in your own unique way! 💪🚀

Interesting. I know a lot of people who are mute from birth. They are great at communication through sign language. They can put across their point faster than some of us well-versed in languages. Don't see any successful/famous entrepreneurs who are mute, do we?
