Job switch - career advice

Hello friends, Need advice I am a Civil engineer with 7.3 years of experience in the construction industry. Salary is close to 7lpa now I want to grow and switch my career to other industries like Finance but don't understand how. I have tried getting admission for mba but Entrance exam marks and overall admission process they just rejected my profile. Now I am in dilemma that how can move further to get good Salary job in good company in Finance stream. I am trying to switch career to equity reasearch analyst but don't understand how to get into it.

Dude Consider gaining relevant certifications (CFA, FRM, etc.) or pursuing online finance courses to enhance your skillset and transition into the finance industry, potentially as a financial analyst or risk analyst.

MBA ek option hai par agar admission nahi mil raha, toh apna focus certification courses pe shift karo jo specific field ke liye hai.

If you want to switch into Finance, You may try a Master in science(Finance) that would be helpful too along with CFA, FRM.

Anything else besides professional courses like CA, CFA, CS or MBA in finance field will give you a realistic payout of max 12 LPA package. The switch is not worth the effort in long term.

Yes an MBA in finance is the best option because you are changing your profile so it's compulsory to have knowledge of related fields
