Salary Expectation!
Hey everyone,
I need some advice!
What would be a fair CTC for a software developer with 4 years and 4 months of experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, and intermediate skills in Angular?
This is for roles in Noida/Gurugram. Would love to hear your thoughts to get a realistic idea.
Thanks in advance!

Great skills you’ve got! I think around 12-15 LPA is a reasonable range

Have you considered looking at companies with work from home options too? 🤔

According to the skills and experience that you have mentioned, 14-18 LPA seems like a good ask on the basis of current market trends. Have you checked out what others with similar experience are getting paid?
