Salary Expectation!

Hey everyone, I need some advice! What would be a fair CTC for a software developer with 4 years and 4 months of experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, and intermediate skills in Angular? This is for roles in Noida/Gurugram. Would love to hear your thoughts to get a realistic idea. Thanks in advance!

Great skills you’ve got! I think around 12-15 LPA is a reasonable range

Have you considered looking at companies with work from home options too? 🤔

According to the skills and experience that you have mentioned, 14-18 LPA seems like a good ask on the basis of current market trends. Have you checked out what others with similar experience are getting paid?

Anything above 15 LPA, But yes it depends upon your skillset and how good you are at what you mentioned. Did you find any opportunity yet ?
