Is My salary is good according to my YOE
Hi, This is Senior QA from Mumbai having CTC of 14 LPA with 7.3 YOE.
According to you guys is this good salary?
Also, how much CTC should I expect, if I switch to new company?
Note: currently I'm in Manual Testing now switching to Automation

As a manual tester myself, I have no intention of switching to automation. But do you think we can survive going forward? It's just a genuine question.
