Is it worth it? The package
"Hi everyone,
I’m currently working as a Marketing Manager (Bangalore) at X company with a total package of 12 LPA (11 fixed + 1 bonus) and have over 5.4 years of experience.
Do you think this package is fair compared to industry standards for my role and experience?

Based on your experience and location, a 12 LPA package sounds decent but could be on the lower end, especially for a marketing manager in a competitive market like Bangalore.

It really depends on the sector you’re in. If it’s a startup, this could be standard, but in tech or FMCG, you might be underpaid.
