Is it worth it? The package
"Hi everyone,
I’m currently working as a Marketing Manager (Bangalore) at X company with a total package of 12 LPA (11 fixed + 1 bonus) and have over 5.4 years of experience.
Do you think this package is fair compared to industry standards for my role and experience?
Would love to hear your thoughts!"

It really depends on the sector you’re in. If it’s a startup, this could be standard, but in tech or FMCG, you might be underpaid.

12 LPA package for this profile seems fair but it also depends on factors like the company, location and industry as well

12 LPA for a Marketing Manager with over 5 years of experience in Bangalore is definitely on the lower side.

Based on your experience and location, a 12 LPA package sounds decent but could be on the lower end, especially for a marketing manager in a competitive market like Bangalore.
