Is fully remote work the top priority when choosing an IT company?🤔
I mean the flexibility of remote work is enticing, but I feel it's vital to balance it with factors like career growth, company culture, and work-life balance to find the perfect fit.
Anyone else feel this?

Tbh mode of work is only one variable of the equation. There are companies which offer remote work, but also the employees can grow professionally as well.
It all comes down to what you prioritize, whether you need to have a remote mode work, or whether you need to grow exponentially. Depending on what you need, you can choose the IT company.
My current project offers hybrid model and yeah this is well balanced, work is getting done both personal & professional. Remote work can be a bit tiring for me after a long time, I like to engage with people in person rather than a virtual meeting.

I have a crush on a coworker who's higher up and earns more😅We work in different departments, and while she is two years younger than me, she belongs to a higher pay grade of employees who earn almost twice as much as I do, although we do almost similar work. Do you have any tips on how to approach her without making things awkward?

I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. Can I reach out to HR for salary revision after accepting offer? I still have 3 weeks left for joining. *My interview went really well. But HR low balled just becuase of current salary
