I joined this new company
I joined a new company recently and I am already getting irritated working here first I was told I will work till Monday to Friday now it's Saturday to
There is no slack they message me anytime on WhatsApp
There is no work timings you work until the task is finished and yes if you tell them it's finished before 7 you will be assigned more work
And not to mention the guy I have to update keeps saying shit that annoys me (like why is the thumbnail not done I make a video from scratch and also make a thumbnail?) I am already tired doing my 1 task and my role is creative director I am doing everything animation, graphic design and video editing i don't mind but I can't even direct a video this guy keeps directing it and it's irrating
Not to mention he keeps saying "isme kitna he lagta ho ga" should i start looking for something else? Since it's only been 25 something days

If they’re making you do everything but not letting you direct, is this even a Creative Director role or just an overworked designer?

"Isme kitna hi lagta hoga" is the fastest way to kill someone’s motivation. If they don’t respect your time or effort now, it’s only going to get worse.
