Horrible Management
I was hired into consulting a few years back and with this new practice they moved me to Managed Services without my consent.
My RM who is an AD said that these are decisions coming from a higher level and have no control. I am a core developer and have all experience working into Agile through my career and they move me to support!! I fear this will impact my career and also restrict my growth in KGS since MS salary slabs would be lower than consulting. Is switching my only option now? 😕
I know a few colleagues who have also been moved and they too cannot get back to consulting. This year's GPS survey will definitely go down with this change!
