Help me to calculate in-hand salary.
How can I determine a fixed salary from this offer, and what should I instruct HR to include in that cash component? Do I need to take into account something that is urgent that is not right in this breakup?

Your basic salary is very less and you always get hike on it. Look for a job offers you a good basic pay and your current employer is giving you hefty allowances which the other employer may not give

56413 - 6087= 50,326/- I think PF will be deducted twice so I think your in-hand salary will be : 50326 - 1812 =  INR 48,514/-

thanks but Don't you think, I get in hand salary upto Total C rows? Total D column will not come into in-hand. Then why not 56413 (some TDS will deduct). Am I right?

You will receive net take home Total - C = 56413 May be 200 professional tax will be deducted. If you provide an investment declaration then no income tax will be deducted. You will get exact total C amount.
