Help me to calculate in-hand salary.
How can I determine a fixed salary from this offer, and what should I instruct HR to include in that cash component?
Do I need to take into account something that is urgent that is not right in this breakup?

Your basic salary is very less and you always get hike on it. Look for a job offers you a good basic pay and your current employer is giving you hefty allowances which the other employer may not give

56413 - 6087= 50,326/-
I think PF will be deducted twice so I think your in-hand salary will be : 50326 - 1812 =
INR 48,514/-

thanks but Don't you think, I get in hand salary upto Total C rows?
Total D column will not come into in-hand. Then why not 56413 (some TDS will deduct). Am I right?

Notice period negotiation
I resigned from my current company a couple of days ago. I have a 90 day notice period. I tried to negotiate it with my manager of the current company, asking to release early as the new company has early requirements and also on a medical ground basis, but my manager is not agreeing. I tried to talk with the HR of my current company. HR is ready to give the "buy out" option and I am also ok with it. But for the "buy out" to happen, HR needs something officially written from my manager that I do...
