Freelancing - Should it be a secret for the employer ?

I have recently landed a couple of offshore freelance jobs as a PM. These remote offeres were way too interesting and high paying to let them go. So, I took them. Do I let my employer know about this ? Would this be considered moonlighting? If I need to hide this from my employer, what are the things that I need to be careful of ?

Ofcourse !! dont even think of discussing it anywhere and to anyone in office Technically its not considered as moonlighting but eventually it will be considered whenever you have performance issues in your current job and people will create a judgement when you take leaves 🥲 Btw, share the link for freelance job please

Nothing will happen until it reflects in your EPFO portal. If there is nothing as for these jobs then do it without any issues.

If it doesn’t interfere with your job performance, does it really matter? As long as you’re delivering results, your employer might not even care!

If your full-time contract allows it, you’re golden...But if there’s a ‘no moonlighting’ clause… well, discretion is key.
