Food Deliveries Getting Pricier! Zomato & Swiggy Hike Platform Fee🤷‍♂️

Earlier it was free, then fixed delivery charge, then surge due to high demand, then surge + price per km + convenience + tax + lazy tax + tax on tax🫤

Prices on Swiggy and Zomato are atleast 40Rs more per item, when compared to same items when you order locally. Best is to visit the place, and do a take-away. Eg. Jumbo Veg burger at Leon Grill is Rs 140, but swiggy/zomato both list it as Rs 180. Add that to delivery charges of Rs 50.. that comes total of Rs 230.🤷‍♀️

Don't stress too much! It's just a small increase in platform fee. Maybe you can explore other food delivery options or try cooking at home for a change. 😊
