Confused what to choose.
I have 2 similar offer which to choose, both are not my dream/ideal company. I am very confused which one to go with
YOE - 4.5
MMT - 38+2+2 -> 42LPA - 5day WFO - Gurgaon
Startup with great product (B2B Domain)-> 42 + 1000unit ESOP currently series A funded - Hybrid (2D office) - Bengaluru
Edit: I have joined MMT 😅

See If you're looking for stability and a structured work environment, MMT might be a safer bet with its established presence.
