Cash Grab Bonus? YAY or NAY?
Whats Happening!! A Chinese crane company literally laid out ₹70 crore in cash and told employees to take as much as they could count in 15 minutes!
The video that I saw was quite crazy, stacks of cash spread across a table, with employees grabbing as much as they could. Wild, right?
This was their year-end bonus, and honestly, what a way to reward hard work!
Imagine walking into work and being told, “Here’s a pile of money, take what you can.” Would love to see something like this happen here!
What do you think? Would you be good at counting under pressure?
