Career shift
Hi everyone
I am a CA with 2 plus years of experience in audit as consultant at one of the big 4's
I want to switch to equity research profile and have been applying to various places from.past 4-5 months but did not secure many interview calls.
I cleared my CA final in 2nd attempt with exemption in 4 papers.
Can you pls guide me on how to make this shift.
I have also honed up my skills for the profile that I am looking at.

Your CA experience is definitely an asset in the financial world, so don't get discouraged! I suggest looking into certifications like CFA or FRM, as they’re highly valued in equity research.
