Bulshit Senior
How to get rid of my bloody bulshit senior who just come on office after 1pm and left the office after 5pm? Where office time is 10:30 to 6pm. They just come office to have
lunch and sometimes scold us then smoking, playing carrom board. End of the month earning more than 1lakh. Like Zero productivity and zero contribution to his team. That's it. I think they are having more
privilege than a govt employee.
Upar se Shakal hi pachand nhi hai merko. Leken sir bhi bolna Padta hai aur yes sir yes sir bhi. Daily Man man me Itna gaali deta hu usko zindegi me friends circle me bhi
Itnagaali nhi di.

Koi Baat nahi bhai, har jaga aisa ek banda to hota hi hai, You just dont take it personally, But haan agar pareshaan kar rha hai to dont worry ekdin side me leja or muh par bolde, And you feel ki koi HR or senior can help you in this connect with them. Dont get bullied by anyone

Brother, try to focus on your work and avoid involvement in office politics. Even If the situation impacts your work or team morale, try discussing your concerns with a higher authority or HR.

You need to escalate it to HR or a higher-level manage.

Until and unless that senior is not bothering you, his timings, his work nature and his income should not affect you.
If he is bothering you, harassing you, try to open up in front of him. If he misbehaves, try to confront him again, but this time with a voice recorder in your phone. Then i believe even HR or senior officials can't neglect you.
But if his behaviour is not bad with you, you should not feel bad about his timing and his work culture. You must focus on your own work and stay away from these kind of politics

Boss ko Sir bolna zaroori hai, lekin dil mein ‘aur kitni der chalega ye circus?’ sochna free hai. Focus on your growth ye freeloaders apni ‘productivity’ se khud hi retire ho jaayenge.

Toxic Work Environment
Hi Everyone.I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. It's just 20 days. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this without losing my p...

"Career Progression Insights Needed: Is My Growth on Track?"
Hi All,I started my career in May 2022 with a CTC of ₹4.5 LPA at the age of 21. After 8 months, I received a promotion, and my revised CTC became ₹5 LPA.In April 2024, I switched jobs with a CTC of ₹5.7 LPA at the age of 22. Now, I am planning another job switch in January 2024, role as Management Trainee at an MNC, aiming for an estimated CTC of ₹6.7 to ₹7.2 LPA.I wanted to know if this progression is fair and aligns with market and industry standards for my field. Any insights or advice would ...
Job Offer Dilemma
I’m in a situation and need some guidance.I have a job offer with:CTC: 9.4 LPA fixed + 21% variable = 11.4 LPA total.Location: Chennai (not ideal for me).Another opportunity is in the pipeline, with a more suitable location, but the expected CTC is around 9.4 LPA, which is significantly lower than the first offer. To add to the dilemma, the HR of the second company feels that asking for 12 LPA (considering my 9.4 LPA fixed offer) is too high. How would you approach this decision? Should I prioriti...
Notice period negotiation
I resigned from my current company a couple of days ago. I have a 90 day notice period. I tried to negotiate it with my manager of the current company, asking to release early as the new company has early requirements and also on a medical ground basis, but my manager is not agreeing. I tried to talk with the HR of my current company. HR is ready to give the "buy out" option and I am also ok with it. But for the "buy out" to happen, HR needs something officially written from my manager that I do...
