Any HR over here can clarify please?
Hey all
Coming to the issue I worked in one of the MNC for 11-13 days during my initial career and left the company due to some health issues and they asked me to pay around 40k which I didn't pay at that time and PF account didn't create and a sum of 8 k credited for the working days.
As I have joined another organisation and worked for several years and last year I want to move to the previous organisation which I left but all happened smoothly untill HR round and HR didn't ask me about my previous employment with that organization and I haven't informed as I have already mentioned in application form
But HR called and said due to company policies they are not proceeding further and asked me to be clear in the HR round itself and can apply after 6 months.
Can I apply to the same company again and I'll be clear in the HR this time so that will it impact joining?
Please anyone who is in HR Field can suggest

Please share the name of the company. Its just a polite way to say no to you. I dont see any issues with the old company experience. May be they just dont want to create any issue in future.
what is the designation you interviewed for?

The fact that the HR team has asked you to wait 6 months is likely due to company policy. Many companies have specific hiring policies regarding reapplications after a short tenure, especially if you didn’t clear the initial employment conditions.

If you’re transparent and clear about the situation during the HR round, it shouldn't drastically affect your chances of joining, provided your previous experience and health issues are taken into account.

Before reapplying, it’s also important to clear any outstanding dues or formalities with your previous employer, including the PF account creation and paying the ₹40k, if applicable. This will show that you’re committed to resolving any previous issues and are serious about rejoining the company.
