Advice on Moving to Fintech/Product-Based Companies as a Frontend Developer
I have 4.6 years of experience as a Frontend Developer (React.js) and have worked in both startups and service-based companies. Now, I’m looking to transition into a fintech or product-based company. What should I focus on to prepare—especially in terms of technical skills, system design, DSA, and the interview process? Any advice, resources, or insights from those who have made a similar switch would be greatly appreciated!

For fintech/product companies, focus on performance optimization, security best practices, and scalable frontend architectures. Also, brush up on system design and DSA for interviews.

An Assistant Manager
Strong React.js skills are a great start! Prepare for low-level design, API integrations, and fintech-specific compliance requirements. Leetcode (medium/hard) for DSA should help!
