Politics free Work culture I like the Leave donation Policy, Employees can donate Leaves to other employees in case of emergency. Mostly useful in this Pandemic situation. Employee's Health is given first priority rest of the things come next (This cultivates quality of genuineness in the Employee and hence more productivity). I found that despite of this Pandemic, there are many hirings going on in the company allowing people to support their families - it never believes in layoffs.
