They will share fake JD to lure candidates, they are like brokers. They will also say that shifts will be rotational but when you join a company on their payroll you will have to work 24/7. Also they will say that you have to work in hybrid mode but when you join it will become 7 days office with odd shifts.

alchemy techsol is the worst consultancy. i have ever seen in my life. i worked for vodafone idea snoc project. alchemy techsol consultancy they mailed on june 29 2024 evening an said that the last working day. this is the first time in my life that i have seen such a work culture, i have never seen such a worst consultancy any where.
