It's a good company overall just except the job security

Job security is not much good here, once project is finished nd client released you then you have very few opportunity literally like 2 or max 3 to get another project . If you couldn't make it, only option left will be search other company but on the good side they have 3 months bench period

Work life balance (depends on client and project)

Dislikes

Bench Policy: if an employee is on bench for 2 months due to project ramp down or project unavailability then they will be auto terminated. This is not mentioned during offer stage. There are few other policies that are not industry standard on not employee friendly. I don't want to talk about all of them. Company being predominantly testing org, you may get projects, if you're into testing technologies. Anything other than testing, If you don't have any other offer, you may join.
