As per my experience or the time I have spent The Unified Cloud is a one of the best product development companies. The person who spends their 2 to 3 year decently full lace of technology and if we talk about aluminize who went from this company mostly in MNCs.

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike for a dedicated employee who always focus on work. The only thig I have noticed no one from leadership team or sr. management comes in Noida office after Prof. Srivastava.

I regret to share my deeply disappointing experience with Unify Cloud. My time at this company was marred by a complete lack of corporate ethics and professionalism. The environment cultivated within this organization is not only toxic but also detrimental to the well-being and morale of its employees. First and foremost, the company's leadership, particularly the founder, Vivek Bhatnagar, lacks any semblance of respect or consideration for the employees. He is driven by greed and ego, showing a blatant disregard for the well-being and contributions of the staff. His self-centered attitude creates a hostile work environment where employees feel undervalued and disrespected. The office environment itself is deplorable. There is a pervasive lack of basic amenities and a general sense of neglect. The physical conditions of the workplace are subpar, contributing to an overall feeling of dissatisfaction and discomfort among employees. Communication within the company is severely lacking. The management does not know how to engage with employees respectfully or constructively. This lack of effective communication further exacerbates the already poor office environment, making it a challenging place to work. Employee appreciation and value are nonexistent at Unify Cloud. The company shows no interest in recognizing or rewarding the hard work and dedication of its employees. Instead, the management frequently withholds salaries and disregards valid HR policies, leaving employees feeling exploited and mistreated. One of the most egregious practices at Unify Cloud is the imposition of a 90-day non-negotiable notice period. This excessive notice period is a clear indication of the company's disregard for the professional needs and personal circumstances of its employees. Additionally, the recent discontinuation of the buyout policy further restricts employees' options, trapping them in an unwelcoming and hostile work environment. The overall experience at Unify Cloud can only be described as disastrous and pathetic. The company's approach to employee relations is one of coercion and disrespect, often forcing employees to quit under duress. This is not a place where one's work is valued or appreciated, but rather a place where employees are subjected to arbitrary and unjust treatment. In summary, my time at Unify Cloud was characterized by a lack of corporate ethics, poor communication, a toxic office environment, and a complete disregard for employee welfare.
