I liked the way the structure for customer support was setup within the company. I mean the way we handled our customers was very neat and this was possible only because of the structure.

Dislikes

Although the structure was pretty decent, there were a lot of flaws in training as we had to learn the product and everything that comes with the role on our own without enough materials to study. With lack of any training, we were also expected to start performing to be the best where we were still understanding how everything works. Company culture is open and interactive. People in management take suggestions and try to have them implemented in system with engineering team
